THE SIX CHOWHOUSE
Hootenanny, The Six returns with an assortment of their very best in healthy, locally sourced comfort foods. Whether their famous short-rib tacos, woodfired pizzas or other culinary surprises they might fire up, this is a tasting you won't want to miss.
THE RIB RANCH
When a restaurant has been in business for 50 years it is definitely doing something right. This family owned and operated establishment has perfected the art of the BBQ and has built a loyal following throughout the greater area. A favorite for parties, The Rib Ranch's Ignelski family personally man the travelling, wood-fired grill, bringing with them an assortment of their coveted sides like homemade mac 'n' cheese, cornbread, and slaw.
TRES LA CATERING
Founded in 2002 by Alan Dunn, the former food and beverage director at the Chateau Marmont, Tres LA catering is built upon principles that ensure not only culinary perfection but also the passion to deliver every aspect of an experience that guests of any event will talk about on the way home. Tres LA’s philosophy of “Tiny Noticeable Touches” (TNT) ensures that a wide spectrum of the finer details come together harmoniously to bring a wow factor to every bite. Hootenanny guests this year will be able to savor no less than two of their mouth-watering appetizers.
TWO DOUGHS PIZZA
Two Doughs Pizza founders Chadwick Corcoran and Chris Ansari believe that eating a Two Doughs’ pizza should not only be delicious, but an experience in itself. That’s why they hand toss their dough on-site as soon as you’ve placed your order. By combining only the highest quality ingredients and a love for seeing people enjoy great Za, they hand craft your pizza and fire it up right in front of you, in minutes! The key to getting that perfect balance of a charred crust, hint of tang with a soft, airy center is using their very own Los Angeles cultivated mother dough (masa madre), unique and full of life. It’s more than pizza, it’s art.
THE BLUE TABLE
The Blue Table has over the years become a tried-and-true destination for a savory assortment of fresh food, cheeses, charcuterie and wines. Always delivering an experience that makes one feel like they are having a "vacation lunch," the old-world, laid-back presentation and vibe of all The Blue Table does, whether at their eatery, wine bar or on-site catering always leaves their guests coming back for more.

When traditional Mexican cuisine is taken upscale and presented in an authentic yet cozy atmosphere, that is Mejico Grill & Tequila Lounge. Bringing their passion for serving-up South-of-the-border perfection to to the Hootenanny for the first time, guests can expect tastings of Mexican classics with an elevated flair.
Pedalers Fork in Calabasas has established itself as a destination for those who love the outdoors. With its homegrown approach to everything from vegan cuisine, to barbecue, to its own house-roasted coffees, we are excited to have this local mainstay join us this year, grillin' at the Hootenanny! Sample sizzling offerings from its wood-burning slow roaster that uses a process that makes ribs and chicken literally melt-in your mouth.
